Deb packages for 64-bit

Deb packages for 64-bit

I would like to see deb packages for 64-bit, I am happy to create these myself with a little guidance

Yes!

Yea, that would be nice to have. For ease of rollout. Unless Ubuntu rolls their own 64bit into the repos. It would be much easier to have one installer package that I can install on multiple computers rather than trying to compile for each.

PS thanks for starting Carrier and listening to users. I really hope that either Carrier replaces Pidgin or Pidgin wises up and gets their users first.

Pidgin developers

All Pidgin developers should be anally raped! Aha! Ahahahahaha!

How about a 32 bit package for starters?

Is there a 32 bit .deb package anywhere? I hope I just missed it. Can someone point me in the right directon? If not, there are people still on Funpidgin 2.4.1 that would really like an upgrade.
