Window Docking

Hi!

I think it would be an absolute killer feature if it would be possible to "dock" the pidgin window to the side of the desktop, optionally making it always on top and reducing the available size for full screen windows. The Google Desktop sidebar does this and it works extremely well, even with compiz enabled.
The code is open source so go ahead and have a look at it :-)
