Configurable paths for Windows version

I have a dual-boot Windows/Linux setup on my computer, with my Windows install on one partition, my Linux install on another, and both sharing a 3rd (much larger) partition for OS-independent things like music. It would be nice if I could also share my Pidgin configuration across both operating systems, so that my accounts and logs are consistent across my entire computer, but Pidgin puts all my config files in C:\Documents and Settings\MyUser\Application Data\.purple\ and I can't find any way to change that (and Windows doesn't do symlinks, obviously).
