A setting in the text area resize plugin for a default height

Right now the default is set to like eight lines or something and I actually switched to Carrier to be able to slim it down to one. Just seems like a pretty easy feature to implement and I doubt I'm the only one.

EDIT: apparently the default IS two lines. I don't know what I did to make it act how I described above, but uh, nevermind. Lock please.
